By the time we get to the end of March each year, I’m so very over winter and cold weather! Which is why I need to apologize for sharing a SNOW-themed page today, along with something for St. Patrick’s Day. I’m even tired of looking at winter things on paper! The colors on this page are very summery though, so just focus on that. This was made with the new Rise and Shine collection from American Crafts.
This project was simple and quick to make. I made these treat bags for St. Patrick’s Day, but you could substitute any shape for the shamrock to change up the theme. You can read the step-by-step here.
And finally, this page was for a “no patterned paper” challenge on the AC Blog. I love using patterned papers so much, so this was really a challenge for me! I found to compensate for the lack of pattern, I needed to add lots of texture. Burlap paper, paint, stitching and vellum created lots of different textures.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Easter!
