I’ve been so wrapped up in prepping for my class at Creative Live, that I haven’t shared the projects I created for the American Crafts blog this month yet! I did a nice assortment of projects this month…not all layouts… which was a fun change of pace. First up is this layout using the Shimelle collection. The assignment was to create a page in 30 minutes or less (a bit of a stretch for a slowpoke scrapper like myself!) You can read how I completed the layout here.
Next up is a card, again using the Shimelle collection, but this time… NO PINK ALLOWED! I played up the orange, blue and green colors and added some stamping with my Studio Calico Color Theory inks. You can read all the details here on the AC blog.
And finally, my third project this month was a frame that I altered using some wood veneer pieces and some cotton candy pink spray paint. Such an easy project and a great way to use up some of your veneer stash! You can read the tutorial with step by step photos and directions here.
