Well, so many of my scrappy friends are off to California this weekend for the CHA show in Anaheim. I’ve gone the past two years to this show and it feels a little odd to be sitting home this time, but it’s for a good reason. I don’t think Will would be too happy with his food source disappearing for 4 days. I couldn’t bear to be away from him yet anyways, so it’s okay! Instead I’ll just be combing the internet for photos and videos from the show. Especially those of the Studio Calico booth!
And speaking of SC… here’s a layout I did with their newest line, Anthology.
That’s my little smarty pants, Connor. His teacher in preschool used to tell them to “kiss your brain” when they learned something new. I wanted to remember that phrase and journal about his love of learning right now. That kid is too much.
I also have some sneak peeks to share with the Feb. kit, Baker’s Dozen.
So much fun stuff in this kit and the colors will just make you happy! Be sure to check in to the message boards this weekend…several of us team members will be hosting some challenges with chances to win SC gift cards.
Oh, and stop back on the 24th… I can post my Pink Paislee layouts then! Have a great weekend!
