Yes, tonight is neak peek night at Studio Calico. And YES, I’m just now getting around to posting my pages that I did with the current kit, Garment District. How sad is that?! Sorry. Anyways, here are my pages….
I just love the yellow and teal color on this and those yummy SC papers! I used the Fiskars apron lace punch to punch the FabRip strips. These are a bunch of pics from a little side trip we took while at CHA.
[out for publication!]
This is my little daily lunch date. Just me and Cate. I used more of that same teal-ish FabRips on here and cut out some frames from the Sass paper to put below the pic. And of course, the “date” part of the title I made with the gorgeous Nadiya alpha stamps.
I had a totally different idea in my head for this one, but in the end I think it looks better like this. I just cut a whole bunch of strips from all the different papers, fabRips, ribbon, etc and made a rainbow. Easy!
This is my jumpy, climb-y, wild 6 year old. I painted the JB letter stickers with some yellow paint to make them pop.
And finally, this one. I like this page in real life, but I could not get a great pic of it. Grrr. I loved all the JB stuff in the one add on. Again, I painted the letter stickers. They just needed something to make them stand out.
Don’t forget to stop by SC tonight! Not only with the new kit be sneaked, but there’s a chat with the amazing Keisha Campbell! See you there!
